I like to double the recipe and it fits nicely into my blender so it's an easy clean up!
11/2 cups oats
11/2 almond milk
Mix these two and let sit for 10 min to soak and get a nice consistency. I usually take this time to line cookie sheets and lay out the bacon then turn on the oven and in twenty min. breakfast is done!
2/3 cup whole wheat flour (will try coconut flour when I'm ready for a treat)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
Oil pan, get a medium high heat and start the pancakes!
